What does your Free home visit consist of?
Our experienced flooring consultants are all fully trained so they can help you with any questions you might have. They can also measure up your floor and make an accurate quote there and then.
Are your consultants pushy?
No. We don't believe in the hard sell. From the feedback we have received our home visits are more informative than anything else and we believe that why people use us.
What qualifications do your fitters have?
All our fitters have all the necessary qualifications; Our local knowledge developed over the last few years has ensured we have recruited only the best quality fitters in the area.
Because of the low price does that mean the quality of wood will be lower?
No. We deal directly with manufacturers and therefore in most cases can source same product as retail stores. Supply chain developed using personal contacts nurtured since smooth floor covering explosion in 1998. Experience ensures we source only the best quality products.
Is the wood soured from environmentally friendly factories?
Yes. We make sure that all of our products are soured from FSC accredited factories.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Nearly all of our products come with a 10 year guarantee and all fitting guaranteed for at least 12 months.
